Photos are not exact representations of the prepared recipe. 4 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise 1/8 tsp. curry powder 2 oz. canned water-packed tuna, drained 4 slices diet bread 1/8 cup (1 oz.) shredded low-fat cheddar cheese | ||

Preheat broiler. Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, and tuna. Cut crusts off bread and halve diagonally. Toast on a baking pan under the broiler for one minute. Remove from oven. Turn over and spread tuna mixture on untoasted side. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and broil for two minutes or until lightly browned.
Serves four. One serving equals 1/8 protein, ½ starch, ¼ dairy, and ½ free exchange. | ||
