Photos are not exact representations of the prepared recipe. 4 small potatoes, peeled ½ tsp. Flavo-MagicTM ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper ½ cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 1 large egg 2 tsp. 1% milk 2 tbsp. wheat germ 2 tsp. soft, light margarine 2 tsp. parsley, chopped | |
| Cook and mash potatoes. Mix potato, Flavo-MagicTM, cayenne pepper, cheddar cheese, egg, and milk until smooth. Using a tablespoon to scoop potato balls, dip balls in wheat germ until evenly coated. Heat margarine in frying pan and fry balls until crispy and golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves four. One serving equals 1/8 protein, 1¼ starch, ½ fat, and 1 dairy. | |
