| Rinse the shrimp and peel off the shell and tails. De-vein the shrimp by making a small, shallow incision along the back and pulling out the vein. Warm the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the shrimp and sauté. Add parsley, lemon juice, and pepper after 3 minutes. Cook for 1 more minute. Serve hot or cold, as an appetizer, over pasta, or in a salad.
