I'm Laurie, and I'm from Abbotsford, and I've lost 60 pounds with Herbal Magic. I went from a size 14 to a size 6.
I've struggled with my weight since I started university, for my whole adult life. I was thin when I was younger, and then it just came on, and I've been sort of yo-yoing up and down.
It had sort of been brewing for awhile. I just was unhappy. I just couldn't do another day of being uncomfortable with myself. I just wanted to be happy again, and enjoy my life, enjoy my kids, enjoy my family.
Well, I gained weight after I got married, and I got comfortable, and started shopping for myself. And then, after each of my three kids, I gained 10 pounds with each of them. And I just never took the time for myself. It was always putting them first. I just didn't have the time, I didn't think I had the time, I guess, to put the effort into what I needed, for me to be happy.
I worked Herbal Magic into my life because it was easy to work into my life. I shopped at regular grocery stores. My whole family ate the same foods. It was healthy and easy to do.
I wanted to be a positive role model for my girls. I wanted them to see their mom be healthy, and be able to eat well.
Since I've lost the weight I feel great. I have lots of energy. I'm willing to do different things. I just love going out, and playing with the kids, and having fun.
I can't say enough good about Herbal Magic. It's changed everything. My whole life has changed.
