I'm Liz Hogan, and I lost 25 pounds at Herbal Magic. I went from a size 16 to a size 8.

I look after my grandchildren a lot. So my little granddaughter Julie and I were out last summer, and we were playing hopscotch, and I wasn't thinking anything about it, and all of a sudden she looked at me, she stopped, and it was kind of strange. And I said, "What's the matter, hun?" She said, "Nan, I thought you were too old to do that." I said, "So do I, but I feel like doing it now, honey." And we just kept on with what we were doing.

It was a change in the way that I ate, the way that I felt about doing things as I lost the weight. I just felt good about everything. I started going out again with friends, where I had stopped.

As you get older, and your metabolism slows down, essentially your weight sneaks up on you. You don't even realize it until one day you look in the mirror and you say, "Who is that person. I want the old me back. I want Liz back."

I actually started doing exercise again. I started walking again. And most important to me, I could start playing with my grandkids again.

I have a seven year old, a little girl, and she likes me to go out, play tag. We go and we do hide and seek. And my little grandson, he's four. Well, he is so super-active. And I have to be able to keep up with the two of them. I would not have been able to do that, prior to my weight loss with Herbal Magic.

They're high energy, and you know something? I'm high energy now, too.
